STEP 1 DETAIL

Before you apply

Make sure the PCDA is the right entry route for you.

PCDA entry requirements
  • You need a minimum Level 3 qualification, such as two A Levels or equivalent
  • You must have a minium pass at GCSE or level 2 functional skills in maths or English
  • You must also meet the standard police officer eligibility criteria
  • you need to have a full manual driving license or a provisional driving license to apply. You must have attained a full license by the time of offer.
